Our current standard terms and conditions for use of this website by those involved in administering the Local Government Pension Scheme are included within the template for our standard User Licence Subscription Agreement (the standard Agreement). Individual subscribers may have signed an earlier version of the standard Agreement or have negotiated a variation to the standard Agreement in which case the terms and conditions in that earlier or varied User Licence Subscription Agreement will apply to that subscriber and to that subscriber's authorised users (subject to any agreed variation to that Agreement).
